The Scream Tour III took place in the summer of 2003 and was one of the most iconic teen tours of its time. Although Lil' Bow Wow headlined the previous editions, he did not headline this particular leg; the tour was led by the popular boy band B2K.

B2K (consisting of Omarion, J-Boog, Raz-B, and Lil' Fizz) headlined this tour. The lineup included rising stars such as Marques Houston, Mario, Nick Cannon, and Spiritual Child.

While Bow Wow is inextricably linked to the "Scream" moniker (he was the star of Scream 1 and 2), he focused more on his film career and his transition from "Lil" Bow Wow to Bow Wow around this time.
