The Scream Tour II was an iconic hip-hop and R&B tour held in the summer of 2002. Following the massive success of the first Scream Tour in 2001, Lil Bow Wow returned as the headliner to capitalize on his teen idol status.

Bow Wow (who had begun dropping the "Lil" from his name around this time) headlined the tour, co-headlining it with the wildly popular boy band B2K. Other featured artists included IMx (formerly Immature) and a young Jhené Aiko.

The tour officially kicked off on July 25, 2002, in Memphis, Tennessee. The tour was notorious for its hysterical fan reactions and was one of the biggest teen-oriented music events of the decade.
