The Scream Tour IV (also known as Scream Tour IV: The HeartThrobs) was a major concert series sponsored by BET during the summer of 2005. It was an iconic moment in R&B and hip-hop culture in the early 2000s.

 

The tour was headlined by Bow Wow and Omarion. In addition to the headliners, the lineup included popular groups and artists such as Pretty Ricky, B5, Marques Houston, and Bobby Valentino.

 

The tour's final stop in Miami was filmed and released on the DVD "Scream Tour IV: Heartthrobs Live," which also features a special performance by Ciara.

 

In 2025, Bow Wow announced that he had acquired the rights to the Scream Tour and would revive the franchise with the "Boys 4 Life Tour" in 2026, in collaboration with B2K.
